Induction Motor Ki Puri Working Aur Uses Jaane, Kya Hai Khaas Isme

Induction Motor sabse zyada use hone wali motors me se ek hai. Ise Asynchronous motor bhi kaha jata hai. Yeh islie kyun ki ye motor hmesha synchronous speed se kam speed pe chalti hai. Synchronous speed ka matlab stator ki rotating magnetic speed ki speed se hai. 

Induction motor do types ki hoti hai, jo unki input supply pe depend krti kai.

  1. Single Phase Induction Motors
  2. Three Phase Induction Motors

Rotor ke construction ke according bhi do types ke induction motors hote hai.

  1. Squirrel Cage Induction Motors
  2. Slip Ring Motor ya Wound Type

Induction Motor ki working

Is motor me ac supply stator winding me di jati hai. Ac supply ke through Alternate flux banta hai stator ke as pas , jo ki synchronous speed se revolve hota rehta hai. Is flux ko Rotating Magnetic Field (RMF) bhi kehte hai.

Faraday ke electromagnetic induction law ke according, stator RMF or rotor ke beech ki relative speed ke karan rotor conductors me emf induce hota hai. Rotor conductors short circuited hote hai, isilie induced emf ke karan rotor current banta hai. Isilie in motors ko induction motors kehte hai. 

Ab rotor ke induced current ke karan uske as pas ek alternating flux banta hai. Ye rotor flux stator flux se lag karta hai. Lenz’s law ke according, induced rotor current ka direction esa hota hai, jis se wo uske ban ne ke karan ko oppose kar sake. 

Rotor current ke ban ne ka karan rotating  stator flux or rotor ke beech ki relative velocity hota hai. To rotor koshish karta hai ki wo stator RMF ki speed ko match kar sake. Isilie rotor usi direction me ghoomta hai jis direction me status flux ghoomta hai jis se wo relative velocity ko kam se kam kar sake. Par ye kabhi ho nahi pata hai ki rotor synchronous speed ko match kar sake. 

Ye induction motor ka basic working hai, single phase ya three phase induction motor dono ke lie. 

Synchronous Speed

Rotating magnetic field ki rotating speed ko synchronous speed kehte hai. 

Ns=120*f/P (RPM)

F= supply ki frequency

P= poles ke no. 

Slip

Rotor koshish karta hai ki wo stator field ki synchronous speed ko catch kar sake, isilie wo ghoomta hai. Par wo kabhi catch kar nahi pata hai. Age rotor stator ki speed ko catch kar lega, to un dono ke beech koi relative speed ni bachegi. Agr relative speed ni hui, to rotor me induced current ni banega, or torque bhi ni banega jis s rotation bana rahe. 

Wese agar ye hota bhi, to us s motor band nhi hogi, bs torque na hone ke karan rotor slow ho jaega, nd fir relative speed ban ne ke karan, torque lag jaega. Isilie rotor hamesha synchronous speed se kam speed me rotate hota hai. 

Synchronous speed Ns or rotor ki asli speed N ke beech ke difference ko slip kehte hai.
