Power Theft Kya h?

Jb Electricity normal payable tareeke se na lekar, chori ki jati h, use power theft kehte he. Ye electricity transmission wire pe extra wire dal kar, electricity pole p wire connect kar ke ki jati h. But is se bhut sare nuksaan hote h. Sabse pehle to electctrity generation station pe utni hi bnai jati h, jitni consumer side pe required hoti h. Electricity ki chori hone s jha tk use phuchna hota h, what k phuch hi ni pati h. Or jo electrical engineers ya officials hote h (sub-station pe ya main-station pe) unhe bhi smjh ni aa pata ki chori ho kha s ri h. 

Power Theft Detection System Kya h?

Is project ke through hum ye pta lga paenge ki transmission line ke kis range m power theft ho rha h. Iske lie GSM technology k use kia gya h. Agar koi bhi electricity chori karta h to iske through power theft ki news consumers and electricity board tak phuch jaegi. Iske sath us area ki electricity bhi chali jaegi taki as pas ke logo ko ye idea ho jae ki unke area me electricity ki chori ho ri h. 

Circuit Design

Is project ke circuit me GSM, microcontroller, relays and loads ka use kia h. Isme teen alag circuits ka use hua he, jis se power theft ka pata chalta he. 

Ye circuits hain:

  1. Overload Detection circuit
  2. Microcontroller circuit
  3. GSM and alarm

Overload detection circuit set range se zyada power use hone pe detect krega. Uske lie relays, variable resistance, comparator IC 741, rectifier circuit, analog to digital converter IC use kia h. Overflow power ke case me comparator relay ko switch off krega jis s puri transmission line trip ho jaegi. 

Ye circuit microcontroller circuit ko signal bhejega, jis s GSM circuit on hogi and set no. pe call lag jaega. 

Working

Transformer ke primary side (220 volts) ko 18 volts me stepped down kia jaega Step Down transformer ki help se. Transformer ka output microcontroller circuit rectifier se connected hai. Wo rectifier 18 volt ac supply ko dc supply me convert krega and then capacitor ki help se filter krega (ripples hataega). 

Current sensing circuit

18 volt ki dusri supply current sensing circuit me jaegi. Ye circuit 15 volts pe kaam krega, to uske lie ek aur bridge rectifier lgega jo ac power ko dc me convert krega. Rectifier ka output capacitor me jaega jo ki ripples filter krega. Capacitor ka outpur voltage regulator me supply krenge jis se 15 volts ka required output milega. Yha se output sensing element me jaega. 

Power theft detection

Jab current sensing circuit ka load sensor circuit me overload detect krega, to wo output comparator IC LM 741 m jaega. Comparator fir predefined ya reference value se input value ko compare karega. 

Comparator ka output analog form me hota hai. Use digital form me convert karne ke lie ek analog to digital converter IC (555 timer) use karenge. Iska digital output do alag alag relays me dia jaega. Ek relay load trip krega and dusra relay output signal microcontroller me supply krega. 

Microcontroller Circiut

Micrcontroller do buffer IC se connected hota he, ek input side pe and dusra output side pe, jis se microcontroller ko overload se bacahaya ja sake. Relay se microcontroller me ane wale current ko input buffer IC limit krega. Buffer IC ka output microcontroller ki 0.0 no. ki pin pe jaega. Microcontroller signal read krke switching ke lie signal dega, jo ki pin 0.1 se dia jaega. 

Alarm Process

Microprocessor ka output amplifier circuit se amplify krke alarm circuit ki first relay me supply krenge. Wo relay phone se connected rhegi, jiske through job hi no. usme set he, uspe call lg jaega. Dusra relay ek alarm ko trigger krega jo ki 2 second ke baad start ho jaega.

Reset Process

Problem clear hone ke bad, microcontroller ki reset button press krne se pura cicuit reset ho jaega.
